Want to stay the night? You can sleep up to 6 in the Casita for an additional $400/night.

Please Note:

  • Texas requires a 8.25% sales tax in addition to your rental purchase.

  • HDSR requires that all renters have 1 security guard per 100 guests. While we can’t guarantee pricing sooner than 30 days from your event, our local security team currently charges a $50 booking fee and $60/hour for each guard . We will organize this on the renter’s behalf and invoice it 4 weeks prior to event.

  • To book your event, we require a $1m event insurance policy with host alcohol coverage and The Historic Don Strange Ranch listed as the additional insured. Approximate cost is around $250.

  • Renters must complete event one hour prior to the end of their hours of access to allow for appropriate clean up time. (For example: Hours of access for Saturdays are from 10:00am to 12:00am and your event must be completed by 11:00pm. This is to allow enough time for clean up and closure of the property by 12:00am)
